positions as an associate and partner in law firms in Waterbury, Naugatuck and
Woodbury, Connecticut. Attorney Kolesnik opened his own office in Waterbury in
1972. In 1985, Attorney Maureen E. Norris joined the firm as an associate,

Our Commitment To Our Clients
The attorneys at Kolesnik and Norris have 56 combined years of
practice in the legal field. Both attorneys are thoroughly familiar with every
area of law which they practice and their particular areas of practice overlap.
The attorneys meet regularly to discuss strategies on varying cases they are
handling, and as such, are able to assume the handling of differing files should
the need arise.
The attorneys of K&N have negotiated and drawn up thousands of legal documents,
contracts, wills, leases, dissolution agreements, ante nuptial agreements,
corporate, limited liability and partnership agreements and have an extensive
data base from which to draft documents suited to a client's particular needs.
They have also been successful in litigating a multitude of cases, of varying
types and degrees.
In addition to an extensive library, the attorneys of K&N keep abreast of the
latest legal decisions in Connecticut by subscribing to Lois Law Publications,
the Connecticut Law Tribune and through publications published through the
various legal associations with which they are affiliated. Each attorney, as
well as each support staff member within the office, has the ability to access
all Connecticut case decisions, statutes and regulations from their computer.
When a case decision of import, or a change in legislation is made, the case
decision or legislation is disseminated throughout the office so that everyone
is aware of it and its impact on current cases.
