Contact Atty. Norris                                         Attorney Maureen E. Norris graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury, Connecticut in 1978. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, cum laude, from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts in 1982. She attended the University of Bridgeport School of Law where she was a member of Law Review, graduating with a Juris Doctorate Degree in December 1984. While attending law school, Attorney Norris worked for the Office of the State's Attorney, Waterbury Judicial District, writing appellate briefs. In May of 1984, she became an associate in Attorney Kolesnik's office, becoming a partner in 1987. Attorney Norris was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in May 1984. On December 2, 1994, she was sworn in as a member of the United States District Court Bar. She became a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar in 1992. Attorney Norris is also a member of the United States Claims Court, the Waterbury Bar Association, The American Bar Association,  Connecticut Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
